Hayden Surrao Joins Advisory Board of Speak & Share to Support Mental Health Advocacy

Scalewise is excited to announce that Managing Director, Hayden Surrao, has joined the advisory board of Speak & Share, a growing preventive mental health charity making a significant impact across Victoria and Australia.

As Speak & Share continues to expand its reach and influence, Hayden will deliver pro bono services to support the charity by joining their Advisory Board. This includes providing Directorship services, which will encompass governance, mentoring, management system enhancements and assist in securing government funding, which will be vital in helping the charity extend its mental health programs into more primary and secondary schools across Victoria.

Hayden joins a successful and already well-established advisory board, which has played an instrumental role in Speak & Share’s growth. The charity has made significant strides in delivering preventive mental health programs and creating positive influence to thousands of young Australians. With Hayden’s expertise and Scalewise’s support, we intend to grow their reach across the country.

As a veteran-owned company, Scalewise is passionate about promoting positive mental health advocacy and recognises the vital role that Speak & Share plays in the community. Through this partnership, we are committed to furthering the charity’s goals by offering strategic leadership and expertise to ensure Speak & Share can continue to grow, reach more young Australians, and secure the resources it needs to sustain its programs and increase its impact.

Scalewise is proud to support Speak & Share in its mission to create an environment where mental health discussions are normalised, and young people are empowered to take control of their well-being. This collaboration represents a shared commitment to fostering positive mental health practices and contributing to the ongoing development of vital services for young Australians.
